Q - How soon after the burial can I put a headstone on the grave?

The time varies on the type of burial and ground. Generally, a cremated remains plot can have the memorial stone fixed straight away, and it is approximately 6 months before the headstone can be placed on a full burial grave.

Our stonemasons, Blackwell's Stonecraft Ltd, will be happy to advise you regarding the time and implications associated with headstones and memorials.
